Terms

Delivery:

Orders will usually be despatched within 2-3 working days. This will be following a final inspection of your order

Please note: this may be extended during holiday periods. 

All packages will require a signature on delivery, so you must give us an address where someone will be in (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

If purchasing from outside the UK please contact me for shipping costs, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are taken once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance (including Certificate of Origin or other special documentation requested) must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Deliveries to certain countries are not available, please contact me should you need any help with this.

Returns:

If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported within 2 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please call +44 07935433256
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
